Mid January is here... How are you getting on with your New Year's resolutions?

I'm completely failing. I wouldn't use the word failing, rather, I'm home sick for almost a week now. And on Friday, the 17th I have a short skimo race. I guess, it's gonna be a disaster but I'm still planning to go.

The one thing I'm holding on to, is my BLOG and work on it. I've been sitting most of today on my ass learning about how to write better and get more readers... and yet, nobody have read my blog yet... I have to put it into google search.

There are many things I'm planning to do.

For now, I want to review with you, my planning for January:

1) outdoor evenings after work - well done before I've got sick

2) Blog - 2 entries - done

3) 2 Paintings - actually, 3 paintings finished and 1 started - done

4) re-read 2 books - Right now, rereading "Relentless" from Tim Grover and reading "The mountain is you" from Brianna West.

5) Heida race - that's on Firday, the 17th

6) "TRAIN like there is no tomorrow!" - I did and I will again soon

7) Not yet

8) Retype book "My story" - almost done

9) plan Days Off ahead - did and will do soon

10) evening meditation and reading - meditation yes, reading not so much

11) no junk orders - so far so good

Let's get serious. I wanted to put only 5 or 6 goals for this month. I ended up writing more. They all are pushing me towards the same goal - Freedom and doing what I love to do - coaching and helping others.

What is your motivation in life? What do you think is the purpose of your life? What is the one thing you can do today to make you feel good/better?

I know, now, I sound like coach. Well, that's because I'm a coach.

When I'm sharing my story fighting depression I want to inspire you to do what's the best for you. I understand, that you need to do it within your speed and comfort. Pushing you out too quickly, just means, you are pushing your feeling somewhere into the background and not working through them. I used to do that before... and then, in June 2023, they all exploded and pushed me into the hell of my darkest thoughts.

Let's take it stet by step...

Talk to you next week....
